About the Role
As a CPC Processor in Customer Service at ProCare Health, you'll serve as a critical link between patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and our Release of Information platform. You'll manage account issues with professionalism and care — guiding requestors through the medical records process while maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and warmth that defines our service.
This is a high-impact, call center-style role where your attention to detail and customer-first mindset directly shapes the experience of patients navigating some of the most important moments of their lives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing precise, meaningful work — we want to hear from you.
