About the Role
As an Outreach Agent at ProCare Health, you'll be on the front lines of our medical chart retrieval operations — making a direct impact on the quality and completeness of patient health data across the country. You'll conduct outbound calls to medical providers on behalf of our clients, building relationships with provider offices and ensuring medical charts are received accurately and on time.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and takes pride in clear, professional communication. If you have a background in outbound calling or healthcare operations and want to put your skills to work at a company shaping the future of health data — we want to hear from you.

- Respond professionally to questions or concerns from provider offices, and conduct timely follow-ups on initial contacts.
- Log all call transactions accurately into designated computer software systems, maintaining precise records and data management.
- Meet minimum call volume and quality requirements; adhere to daily and weekly call goals as directed by your team lead.
- Comply fully with HIPAA guidelines to protect the privacy and security of patient records throughout every interaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations and overall client success.

- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate information clearly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; professional telephone manner with a clear, pleasant tone.
- Good judgment, patience, and diplomacy — especially when navigating provider offices with competing priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency including Windows-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and general computer functions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.
