Health Information Specialist
You'll be at the heart of our Release of Information operations — processing, maintaining, releasing, and protecting patient health records. This role demands precision, discretion, and a deep respect for patient privacy. You'll ensure that every record request is fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with HIPAA and all applicable state regulations. If you're someone who takes pride in doing meticulous work that genuinely matters, this role is for you.
CPC Processor — Customer Service
You'll serve as a critical link between patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and our Release of Information platform. Managing account issues with professionalism and care, you'll guide requestors through the medical records process while maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and warmth that defines our service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take customer experience seriously, we want to hear from you.
Outreach Agent
You'll be on the front lines of our medical chart retrieval operations — making outbound calls to medical providers on behalf of our clients to obtain required health records. With a professional phone presence and sharp attention to detail, you'll build rapport with provider offices, log all interactions accurately, and ensure charts are submitted on time and in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. If you thrive in a goal-driven environment and take pride in clear, effective communication, this role is for you.
